The NFL’s meeting with the S.F. chapter of the NAACP is taking place in the city’s Castro district on Tuesday, June 26.
The meeting, which has been called the first S.f.
NAACP meeting, is also expected to feature a keynote address by Oakland Raiders owner Mark Davis.
Davis will be among the speakers at the meeting, along with representatives from the San Francisco 49ers, the San Jose Sharks, the New York Jets, and the Los Angeles Chargers.
A source with knowledge of the meeting told USA TODAY Sports that Davis and the 49ers have made their intentions known.
The source added that Davis is likely to be among those who will address the meeting.
In May, the 49er announced that the team would be hosting a “Community Service Week” to support the NAACP’s efforts to address police brutality.
