The programme will feature guests who will discuss sports and technology.
One of the hosts is former British and Commonwealth Games athlete and BBC Radio Sport presenter Miles Wood, who was recently appointed to the International Rugby Board (IRB) as Head of the Sports Strategy Group.
Wood, who is also a broadcaster, is known for his keen interest in sports.
He has appeared on BBC Radio Scotland’s World Service, the BBC’s Sport and World Affairs programme, BBC Breakfast and BBC One’s Top of the Pops.
A number of other broadcasters have been involved with the programme, including Alan Jones and Matt Barlow.
This week’s Nitro meeting will feature a panel of leading sporting figures from around the world, including former Olympic and Commonwealth team captain Steve O’Keefe and former World Rugby Chief Executive Paul Trimble.
The panel will also feature former England and Wales captain Dylan Hartley and former Olympic Team GB Team Manager Rory Best.
On Monday, a number of the sports stars will be joined by their families and former colleagues for a ‘live’ show, which will be hosted by former England and England rugby captain James Haskell, who played for both England and Scotland.
“I think the most exciting thing about Nitro meets is that we can get all the sports people together in one place,” Wood said.
“There is no big sporting event, no big sport on a Sunday, no world cup or Olympics.
There is only Nitro, and we get to get on with it and see what is happening.”
He added: “It is fantastic to be able to have the British and Irish and Commonwealth teams and people on a show.
I think it will be really interesting to see the reaction of the people of Wales and Scotland and Wales and Northern Ireland.”
Nitro Meet will be broadcast on BBC World News, BBC Newsnight, BBC World Sport and BBC World Cafe.
