Parents should listen more to their children, even when their team is playing, said a parent in the parent sports meeting in Las Vegas on Wednesday.
The mother, whose name was not disclosed, said she and her son, who was wearing an orange shirt, listened to parents during a sports meeting.
When the mom asked how many people there were in the room, she heard the question.
When her son said four, she said, “OK, but why four?”
The father was also asked if he was able to play on his own team.
“I can play on my own,” he said.
The father said he felt better when he could talk to his son about his issues.
“It was a good experience, to have a parent that cares for us, that was in the back of the room that I can go and talk to,” he added.
